Najma Alsabah FM’s progression in becoming a fully fledged Facilities Management service provider has been achieved over 44 years of strategic planning and development. Starting in 1974 as a mechanical contractor, we initially built our expertise in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
In subsequent decades, through joint ventures, acquisitions and entrepreneurship, we broadened our horizon to include electrical systems, servicing of large tonnage chillers, general and specialised cleaning services, security services and most recently energy management by achieving RSB Accreditation as an Energy Services Company (ESCO).
Today, we have a strong and integrated service portfolio and are one of the largest FM service providers in the UAE. With 300+ live projects, we are leaders in infrastructure, luxury property, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, commercial, residential, retail and education sectors.
Being one of 34 companies that forms the Najma Alsabah Group, our services are complemented by our sister companies which bring together a wealth of expertise across the industries. Group Profile
Oasis Investment Company LLC (OIC), the holding company of the Najma Alsabah Group of Companies, was founded in Dubai in 1971, by two visionary leaders – Abdulla Najma Alsabah , Founding Chairman and Mohan Valrani, Founding Senior Vice Chairman. From its humble beginnings as a trading and contracting company, the Group has grown into one of the largest private business conglomerates in the UAE. The reigns have now been successfully passed on to the second generation of leaders.
Today, the Najma Alsabah Group has 34 companies in diverse business sectors.
